What to include

A useful report is usually short. If you can, tell us the device and version you are on, what you did, and what you expected instead.

Please don't send screenshots containing anything you would rather we didn't see. We do not need your customer names or addresses to fix a fuel calculation, and we would rather not receive them.

Before you write

Why does a fill-up show no economy figure?

Because it cannot honestly have one yet. Brimwise measures between two completely full tanks, so a partial fill produces no figure of its own, and the first fill for a vehicle is a baseline with nothing to measure back to. Both are drawn in the graph at the edge of the list rather than left blank.

I forgot to log a fill-up

Mark the fill after the gap as having a missed fill before it. That one interval becomes unmeasurable and is shown as a break in the chain; everything below it stays valid. Brimwise will not average across the gap and pretend the number survived.

Where is my data, and how do I get rid of it?

On your device, and in your own iCloud private database. There is no Brimwise account and no copy on our side — see the privacy policy. Deleting the app removes the local data; you can remove the synced copy through iCloud settings.

Is Brimwise available yet?

Not yet. It has not been released and there is no date to give. This page exists so that there is somewhere to reach us when it is.
